What happens if I exceed my allowed volume?
You can exceed your API request volume by 20% without your service being affected. Please note that after 120% of your volume has been used, your API access will be disabled.

Data and Features

How accurate is ClarifyIP?

The ClarifyIP database and API are integrated with a series of large ISPs who constantly provide information about new and existing IP ranges. As such, we are proud to declare High Accuracy in IP data.

How many API requests can ClarifyIP handle?

There is no limit. The infrastructure is customizable, and it scales automatically when the need for growth arises and bottlenecks are inexistent. So there is no need to worry about scalability.

How much of the global network is supported?

Data coverage is growing by the day. ClarifyIP currently supports more than 2 million unique locations in over 200,000 cities across the globe.

How often is IP data updated?

ClarifyIP is integrated with multiple channels that deliver real-time IP data. For instance, our data partner, ipstack API, has up to 24 database updates per day.

Plans and Pricing

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! ClarifyIP is a subscription-based service, and the plan you choose is renewed each month automatically. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan anytime. We believe in the quality of our service, which is why contracts are not obligatory with us. We want you onboard because you are satisfied with what we have to offer!

Can I pay yearly?

Of course! Not only that, but by choosing “Yearly Billing,” you will get a 20% discount! Choose your preferred billing frequency during signup. You can even try month-to-month and upgrade to a yearly subscription later to get 20% off!

How can I pay?

Payment can be made via Paypal or direct bank/wire transfer. We plan to add support for credit cards in Q4 of 2020. Please get in touch if you have any questions regarding payment methods.

The infrastructure behind ClarifyIP is built to scale almost indefinitely. Let us know what your requirements are, and we will offer you a custom solution.

Why should I choose a paid subscription

ClarifyIP’s Free Plan offers a quick way of testing the API and its capabilities for non-production websites and applications. 

Paid subscription plans are for live websites and applications, and they provide a larger number of queries, extended customer support, SSL encryption, and essential API features like bulk/batch support.
