ClarifyIP uses a third-party service provider to manage credit card processing. This service provider is not permitted to store, retain, or use Billing Information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on the Company’s behalf.

ClarifyIP may also disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary for connection with a sale, merger, transfer, exchange, or other disposition (whether of assets, stock, or otherwise) of all or a portion of a business of the Company and/or its subsidiaries or to:
